Client Service Representative

Maximum is seeking a Client Service Representative to fill an available position in our St. Louis office.

The successful candidate will be in a servicing role, working as a liaison between retail agency clients and insurance companies. After accounts are obtained by the brokerage team, the CSR handles most post-binding activities. New CSRs will be required to obtain a MO Producer License in Property and Casualty within 6 months of hire date. Maximum will cover licensing and continuing education costs

Associate Underwriter

Maximum is seeking an Associate Underwriter to fill a new position in our St. Louis office.

This team member will be responsible for submitting proposals and/or underwriting, securing quotes, and binding commercial transportation accounts in the 1-10 unit sector. The ideal candidate is one who can uphold our high standards of service to our Retail customers & markets. This team member must have the ability to manage several accounts & lines of coverage on a monthly basis while maintaining thorough communication with the other brokers & producers involved on those accounts.

Qualifications Required:
1-3 years commercial transportation insurance experience
Self-motivation and independence
Work independently or collaboratively

Experience with AIM and ImageRight software is a plus – training will be provided

Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain assigned book of accounts
Utilize carrier platforms to underwrite accounts –new & renewal
Work up quotes to send to retail agency clients – new & renewal
Communicate status updates and follow-ups with coworkers, clients, and vendors>br /> Learn and understand transportation coverages, markets, and appetites
Uphold service standards on assigned accounts
Assist other transportation team underwriters as needed
Participate in weekly team meetings and carrier/agent meetings as required
